Project Overview

Macaroni is dry pasta shaped like narrow tubes. Made with hard wheat, macaroni is often cut briefly lengths; curved macaroni is also noted as elbow macaroni. Some home machines can make macaroni shapes, but like most pasta, macaroni is sometimes made commercially by large-scale extrusion.
